Protur Alicia, Cala Bona (Mallorca)

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was a twin with a stunning sea view and balcony, well-equipped, and immaculately clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Barbara who went above and beyond to assist. The location was generally great with beautiful views, shops nearby, and easy access to boat trips. The dining experience was always delightful with a variety of tasty options. Overall, a fantastic hotel, but the entertainment could be more diverse.

The hotel is located in a fabulous spot right on the seafront, which is very convenient for beach lovers. The rooms are excellently decorated and maintained to a high standard, offering fantastic amenities. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the overall experience very pleasant. However, the shaded location may not suit sun worshippers, especially in the morning. The dining experience, while offering a good variety, could improve in quality towards the end of the season.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and had a double shower, which made it accessible and easy for my mother with slight mobility issues. Although we couldn't get a sea view room, the pool and restaurant views were lovely. The hotel is spotless, and the breakfast was great with a wide selection. We dined there every night due to the varied evening menu, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the potential issue with sunbed availability during peak seasons.
